This Participant Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) details how we collect and process Personal Data from individuals participate in our surveys (“Participants”). “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” or “sensitive personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules or regulations.

When you participate in a Voiceform survey (via video, audio, or text), we may collect:
- Survey Data: Video/audio recordings, transcripts, and any responses you provide. These may include Personal Data you choose to share. By providing this information, you consent to our collection and processing of your Personal Data.
- Technical Data: IP address, device information, and browser settings to ensure a stable and secure interview experience.

We collect and use your Personal Data pursuant to your consent or if we have legitimate interest in doing so such as for the following purposes:
- Conduct the Study: Record, process, and analyze your responses to provide insights for the Research Organization.
- Service Improvement: Use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized participant data to improve our platform's functionality, security, and performance in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
2.3 How We Share Personal Data
Your responses to Studies will be shared with the Research Organization commissioning the Study. They are contractually required to implement appropriate safeguards to protect your Personal Data and use it only for authorized research purposes.
We only share your Personal Data with:
- The commissioning Research Organization.
- Service providers who assist in delivering our services (e.g., cloud storage), without using your Personal Data for their independent or own commercial purposes.
- Authorities, if required by law.
2.4 Data Storage, Transfers, and Retention
We store your Personal Data on U.S. and Canada based servers. We implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
We retain Personal Data for the period defined by the Organization or as required by law. If no retention period is specified, we keep your Personal Data only as long as necessary for authorized research and compliance purposes. You can request deletion of your Personal Data where feasible by contacting privacy@voiceform.com
3. Your Rights and Choices
